Africa has too many talented musicians from north to south from east to west. Purp'man Prraahh Prraahh a sweet tone artist that quit the game of music for some years is back and ready. He is from the west and has decided to join the hiplife movement. He is one of the finest underground African artists but his music sound like he is going on the top.
Below is the short piece of autobio form Purp'man Prraahh Prraahh himself and new music from his unreleased mix-tape.
"I was born Sylvester Bosompem Sam, March 24, 1989. I guess you could say music has always been a part of me. As a kid I used to do shows at Efua Sutherland Park in Ghana. I was a hip hop artist from 2004-2006. But in 2006 I stopped doing music completely. Until about 2 months ago when I fell in love with hiplife. A lot of people find it hard to believe that I’ve only been doing hiplife for two months but music just lives inside of me. When I hear a good song, I just get excited, even if it isn’t mine. Most people know me as Ghost G but since I started doing hiplife I changed my name to Purp’man. Purpman cuz everything purple from the fitted to the drank and the stank lol. Im always repping Ghana but at the moment I live in Chi-town. I get a lot of people asking me what prraahh means. Prraahh prraahh! It’s just a hype for my music. But it seems like its starting to become a movement. It can mean anything or it can mean nothing at all. I roll with Gmg/Dpa and nobody else. I keep to my team. So get wit it or prrrrrraaaaaahhhhhhh ! I'm working a my first hiplife mixtape called "Y U BORE?" Its gonna b out sooner than you think."
